David Vance is a Project Superintendent for Dudley Construction. During his time at Dudley Construction, several notable projects have been successfully completed under David’s supervision. As the on-site superintendent for the Snook ISD Campus Additions and Renovations, David successfully completed the construction of a new football stadium which included a synthetic turf playing field, track, sports stadium lighting, new home and visitor bleachers, new field house with concession and meeting rooms, new parking lots for the facility, an addition to the existing school and renovation of various athletic and classroom facilities on the Snook campus.  Other projects completed under David’s supervision include the Addition and Renovation of Johnson Elementary School in Bryan, Texas, the Penberthy Parking Addition for Texas A&M and the Greenhouse-Headhouse Research Facility for Texas A&M AgriLife. David has extensive experience in masonry and waterproofing work.

David spent three years in the United States Navy. In his spare time, he enjoys everything outdoors.
