Noe Ruiz began his construction career with Dudley Construction in 2003. He heads up one of the two concrete crews at Dudley Construction. One of the ways we continue to deliver greater value to Owners is through our dedication and ability to self-perform certain critical trades, such as concrete. Noe’s expertise in this field and his excellent supervisory skills allow Dudley Construction to self-perform concrete work which helps to offer more control over our projects.

Noe’s hobbies include fishing, hunting and spending time with his family.
