Sharlotte Gardner began her time at Dudley Construction as a Project Assistant for the Meadows Point Apartment Renovations project. Since the completion of that project, she assists others, in the field and in the office, with special projects that arise.

Sharlotte enjoys spending time with her family and working on outdoor projects. She has three children, seven grandchildren and two great grandsons.
